The debt collector within our company is responsible for managing and following up on unpaid debts. Their main objective is to recover the amounts owed by clients or companies while maintaining good relationships with them.

Missions: 

As a Debt Collector at EURL DERCAVO, your mission will be to 

• Analyze client accounts to identify payment delays.
• Update client files with relevant information.
• Contact clients by phone, email, or mail to follow up on payments.
• Establish and maintain a constructive dialogue with clients to find amicable solutions.
• Negotiate payment terms (payment schedules, discounts on late fees, etc.).
• Propose and formalize payment plans tailored to the clients' situations.
• Monitor payment commitments and carry out regular follow-ups.

Reporting to the general management, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising ongoing projects, ensuring they comply with standards and requirements. The candidate must have a good foundation in architectural design and project management, as well as communication and leadership skills.

Missions

2D and 3D design and studies, establishing surveys and measurements, validating production drafts, validating measurements, graphic design.

• Establishing the status report before preparing quotes for clients, including: survey (Swift), photographic report, designation of site constraints.
• Making creative design proposals in 2D and 3D according to client requests using appropriate software (Autocad, Photoshop, Sketchup, Lumion, V-ray, Illustrator).
• Preparing design presentations for clients.
• Preparing measurements and technical sheets for each project.
• Establishing and validating production launch plans while adhering to established procedures.
• Developing plans and details, specifications, measurements, and all necessary administrative documents.

We are looking for a creative and meticulous Production Design and Follow-up Officer, ready to play a key role in the realization of graphic projects and the monitoring of their production. You will be responsible for design, preparing technical files, and coordinating with production teams to ensure a high-quality final output.

Main missions:

Draw plans and design graphic elements. 

Process and design images, including image retouching and simple montages.

Ensure the preparation of final files for printing.

Check the compliance of files according to technical specifications and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Adapt creations to the various requested formats. 

Launch and monitor the production of materials, in collaboration with technical teams and service providers.
